On April 4, 2012, from 8am – 3pm, you will find members of the Allergy Respiratory and Sleep Medicine research department out of the office and in the community. They will be representing the office at the 2012 Senior Expo at the Canton Cultural Center for the Arts.

If you visit the Allergy Respiratory and Sleep Medicine booth at the 2012 Senior Expo in Canton, you can receive a free blood pressure screening and a breathing test! Community members will also learn about the COPD and Asthma studies for which the research department is currently recruiting. This is first time that Allergy Respiratory and Sleep Medicine has participated in Canton’s Senior Expo, and they are very excited to be part of this important event.

For the past two years, Allergy Respiratory and Sleep Medicine has participated in the Health Fair and Pancake Breakfast at Jackson High School in Jackson Township. Cartridge World recycles ink and laser printer cartridges, as well as refilling ink and toner cartridges. Why is it important to recycle these particular products? Here are a few facts that may make you think twice before tossing them in the trash.
